Description
Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential suppliers and conduct negotiations.
Manage the procurement process, from product selection to delivery.
Analyse market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals, including new menu launches.
Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
Proven direct procurement experience, ideally buying food categories or ingredients.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical abilities for making informed purchasing decisions.
A good understanding of supply chain processes.
Job Offer
Salary up to £45,000
