* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
* Duration: Initially for 2-3 months, with the potential for extension
As a Band 2 Clerical Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Maternity Reception. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greet patients attending antenatal appointments and assist them in scheduling their review appointments.
* Maintain organised filing systems and proficiently operate computerised information systems.
* Record and distribute incoming mail, handle routine correspondence, and manage outgoing communications.
* Answer telephone calls and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
* Perform scanning and photocopying duties and type various documents including letters, memos, and reports.
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English Language
* Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
A pay rate of £11.45 per hour and paid holidays to ensure work-life balance.
