Role Overview:
The Talent Set is excited to be working with a fantastic charity as they search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support them for an initial 3-month contract.
Youll be a results-driven fundraiser, skilled at building strong relationships, communicating with impact, and possessing a natural entrepreneurial flair.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure new Corporate Partnerships to support the organisations mission.
2. Proactively manage and expand your own pipeline of potential partnerships.
3. Oversee a portfolio of sponsorship opportunities, with a particular focus on sustainability initiatives.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling partnership proposals.
5. Write applications, deliver presentations, and lead effective recruitment campaigns for corporate support.
6. Contribute to the delivery of key projects and build strong relationships with partners.
7. Stay informed on the latest trends, ideas, and insights in high-value corporate partnerships.
8. Participate in the regular monitoring, review, and reporting of income, expenditure, KPIs, objectives, and personal development goals.
9. Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including those organised by partners in support of the charity.
10. Develop, plan, and manage the New Business Corporate Partnerships Teams fundraising budget, activities, sponsorship opportunities, and campaigns.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date communication records within the fundraising database.
12. Provide support to the wider Fundraising Team as required.
Person Specification:
13. Ability to identify, secure, and nurture new Corporate Partnerships that align with organisational values and goals.
14. Strong capability to proactively manage and expand your own pipeline of potential partnerships.
15. Experience overseeing sponsorship opportunities, particularly with an emphasis on sustainability initiatives.
16. Skilled in working with internal teams to develop compelling partnership proposals that resonate with potential corporate partners.
17. Expertise in writing applications, delivering presentations, and leading impactful recruitment campaigns to secure corporate support.
18. Ability to contribute to the successful delivery of key projects while fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners.
19. A keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends, ideas, and insights in high-value corporate partnerships.
20. Experience in the regular monitoring, reviewing, and reporting of income, expenditure, KPIs, and personal development goals to ensure objectives are met.
21. Willingness to assist in coordinating and executing events, including those organised by partners to support organisational objectives.
22. Strong skills in developing, planning, and managing the fundraising budget, activities, sponsorship opportunities, and campaigns for the Corporate Partnerships Team.
23. Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date communication records using a fundraising database.
24. A collaborative team player, willing to provide support across the wider Fundraising Team as needed.
25. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and driven by the satisfaction of securing new partnerships and achieving fundraising goals.

Whats on Offer:
29. An initial 3-month role with the potential for extension.
30. Flexible working pattern with just 1-2 per-week days in the charitys London Office.
31. An extremely competitive day rate of £.85 per-day + £17.15 daily holiday (Inside IR35).
