SWIFT Temps Ltd Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers/Customer Satisfaction Advisers in Ripon to start IMMEDIATELY!!
Duties and Requirements for this position include
* · Excellent communication skills
* · Complete necessary paperwork
* · Liaise with customers taking orders
* · Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
* · Offering customer support when necessary
* · Prioritizing tasks and work load
* · Must have experience using IT software and be fully compliant with word/Excel
* · Follow up on emails
* · Must have excellent keyboard skills
* · Remain professional in all situations throughout the customer experience
* · Must be organised whilst working under pressure
* · Support members of the team when required
* · Customer service experience
* · Inbound and outbound telephone experience essential
Shifts available to start immediately
X3 Shift Patterns Available over Monday – Friday, When applying please let us know which shift pattern you want
1. 11.30am – 07.30pm
2. 06.00pm – 02.00pm
3. 06.00pm – 12.00pm
Pay rate £11.44 per hour, overtime £17.16 per hour
This is a temporary position which is likely to run over January 2025, possibly longer.
