About the Role
Are you passionate about technical communication and support? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as Technical Communications Support. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical information and support to internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, while maintaining exceptional product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Documentation: Review, edit, and maintain product manuals, information sheets, and technical data for internal databases and websites.
* Product Technical Centre Website: Manage and publish technical documentation, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
* Technical Support: Provide assistance to customers, distributors, and the technical team by researching and resolving technical inquiries.
* Technical Training Support: Organize and maintain training schedules, materials, and certification processes.
* Stock Records & Pricing: Support product code management, spare parts stock levels, and pricing updates.
* Warranty Claims: Assist in warranty claim processing and database management.
