Summary:
We are currently looking to recruit an Environmental Services Consultant to manage an existing account base within the Southwest of the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Carry out comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments to comply with ACoP L8, HSG 274 and further relevant documents across a range of commercial and industrial properties
* Produce all reports accurately and to a high standard, with clear recommendations for corrective actions and control measures
* Understand technical guidance and documentation
* Production of schematics
* Flexible in terms of travel with potential stayaways across the UK
* Capable of following written and verbal instructions accurately and effectively
* Able to work to stringent turnaround times of report
Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Water Hygiene
* Minimum of 1 year experience in this specific role
* Relevant Legionella risk assessment qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
Working for us means:
* The salary is between £28,000 & £35,000 per year, depending on your professional experience
* Holidays - 25 days + 8 statutory
* Company Car & Fuel Card
* Probationary Period – 6 months
* Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months via salary sacrifice
* Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation
* Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment
* Notice – 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter.
