Project Manager – Core System Deliverables - 9-Month FTC, with a competitive salary starting at £48,000.00 Location: Denton / Hybrid / At Partou UK, we are transforming the way we work, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key system implementations. If you’re experienced in managing complex projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be your next role. Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle for core systems, including HRIS, workforce tools, and CRM. Define project scope, objectives, and success measures in partnership with stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver on time and to scope. Ensure risks, issues, and changes are effectively managed, and report on progress to leadership. Oversee system integration with existing technologies, resolving technical challenges as they arise. What You’ll Need: Experience managing large-scale system implementation projects, particularly in HRIS, CRM, or similar domains. A strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools like Jira or MS Project. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Solid understanding of system integration challenges and practical solutions. A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Desired Experience: Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM). Experience in digital transformation or multi-site organisations. Familiarity with the nursery, education, or childcare sectors.
