Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (2 days a week)
Salary: 55,-60,
What the Finance Manager will do:
1. Rent and service charge reconciliations
2. Medium/Long term forecasting and financial business plans for the organisation
3. Prepare cash flow reports
4. Lead year end audit
5. Manage statutory accounts
What the Finance Manager will have:
6. ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
7. Practical experience within audit
8. Line management experience
9. Background in financial accounting
10. Experience working in Housing and a regulated environment
