Job Description:
The Media Assistant role is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for being at the cutting edge of Display, AV or Out of Home Marketing and a desire to work at a World Leading Media Agency.

1. Campaign Planning Assistance: Supporting the team to provide best-in-class implementation and innovative a digital offline solutions in response for our clients
2. Buying Excellence: Demonstrate the ability to follow the campaign booking process accurately and understand how to approve campaigns in line with best practice
3. Develop Relationships: Build on market knowledge by building relationships with key media owners and internal stakeholders
4. Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.
5. Financial Accuracy: Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate billing of client campaigns on a monthly basis
6. Industry Trends: Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of display, AV and OOH, having an opinion, and proactively sharing updates both internally and with wider stakeholders
7. Time Management: Demonstrate good time management skills by working to deadlines
8. Training Excellence: Develop a strong understanding of all relevant systems, tools, terminology and processes
What are we looking for in you?
9. An interest in Excel and the ability to showcase examples of data analysis experience.
10. Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written are key for this role.
11. We expect you to have a positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
12. The ability to follow processes, multitask and prioritise work accordingly is important.
13. High level of numeracy and literacy is essential due to the nature of the role being analytical and client-facing, with basic knowledge of MS Office suite.
14. Well-developed logic, problem solving and reasoning skills, including an aptitude for data analysis.
15. Able to work under pressure with attention to detail as we thrive from being a centre of excellence and provide error-free work for our clients. An eye for detail is key!
16. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team; building relationships with your stakeholders is key to being successful at dentsu.

What does life at Dentsu look like?
Training : From your first day you will embark on our extensive training programme. You will quickly be introduced to Display, AV and OOH Print Advertising through virtual classroom sessions, online training, and various workshops. You will be assigned a buddy who is dedicated to your learning and, alongside your manager, will assist you with any questions you may have.
Data : You’ll be working with large sets of data from the beginning of your Amplifi Academy career! From the outset you will be spending time in Excel to learn where your campaign may need optimisation and spend time analysing your data.
Campaign Builds: It will be your responsibility to get a briefing from the client on how they would like to build their campaign. You will advise on our best practice and then build it from scratch or sometimes improve upon existing campaigns. Additionally, you will have increased opportunities to assist wider teams with analysis pieces.
Consultative Work : You’ll foster strong, professional relationships with your clients, keeping in regular contact with them through a variety of mediums, whether this is through consistent email communication or weekly phone calls. You will utilise your skills to understand your client’s goals and objectives, and as your relationship building skills progress, you could find yourself having increased involvement in your clients’ strategic decisions.
Tools and Platforms : As a Media Assistant, you will need to become extremely familiar and confident working with numerous platforms Through our training programme, you will also have the opportunity to take several courses to improve and enhance your skills on a variety of other platforms.
