We have an exciting opportunity for someone to grow their leadership expertise in a supportive and rewarding environment.
If you want to grow professionally and are passionate about our vision and school values, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking applicants who thrive in a team environment, enjoy working with committed, supportive colleagues, and want to make a positive difference with our tamariki. A sense of humour with this position is essential! We have a well-established positive school culture and a Board of Trustees that is dedicated to providing ongoing professional learning and development, ensuring that you will continue to grow in your leadership and teaching.
We are looking for a team leader that will support our leadership and senior leadership teams while taking on the responsibility of leading a team in the senior area of our kura.
We have a dedicated, passionate team, use a strong restorative approach, and are committed to providing the best outcomes for our tamariki. We are on an exciting journey with DMIC (mathematics) and structured literacy. We are looking for a committed, organised, strong supportive leader that has strengths and is effective in communicating, building strong relationships, and a desire to engage in professional development opportunities.
The position is a permanent full-time classroom teacher and leader with some additional release (to the collective) where we will provide up to a day a fortnight release in 2025.
