Are you a skilled and empathetic Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) looking for a flexible, hybrid role in Birmingham? Responsibilities include. but are not limited to:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and developing personalised treatment plans.
* Providing individual and group therapy sessions utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.
* Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Collaborating with other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant regulations.
* Staying current with advancements in CBT and other therapeutic practices through continued education and training.
* Participating in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
* Valid accreditation with a recognised professional body (e.g., BABCP, BACP, UKCP).
* Proven experience providing CBT to clients with various mental health issues.
* Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions.
* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today.
