This business is on a great mission to becoming the number 1, with a fast-growing and ambitious team to work with you This role is crucial to develop their digital marketing strategy to grow the brand towards the business growth, to ultimately increase the traffic into the online store. Key Responsibilities Develop strong marketing campaigns that maximise customer retention and acquisition Take ownership of all digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, paid search, email marketing etc) Bring creativity to each content strategy that aligns with the brands objectives Lead the development of the website through data driven decisions Skills & Experience Strong analytical mindset when using a variety of marketing channels for optimised performance growth (use of google analytics) Previous experience within a DTC retail business, with start-up knowledge and mindset 3-5 years’ experience of hands-on digital marketing experience Excellent communication skills to be able to work independently and within a team
