Our Distribution and Warehouse Operatives are at the heart of our operations and are key to the Partnership’s success. Providing our customers with the best quality foods is all about getting it to the right place, at the right time, in the right conditions.
With over 335 Waitrose & Partners shops across the UK it’s no mean feat, but join our distribution operation and you’ll be helping to keep our supermarket and customer’s shelves stocked all across the UK. Warehouse Distribution jobs
There are two Waitrose & Partners Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) across the UK, located in Bracknell and Aylesford.
Both sites operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide our customers with the high-quality produce that they expect from us. You’ll also find a Transport department and a Vehicle Workshop at these locations too.
* Our Bracknell RDC in Berkshire has three warehouses: Ambient (for storage of long-life products), Fruit & Vegetables and Chilled.
* Aylesford RDC operates over 40 acres of land just off the M20 in Kent; also comprised of Ambient, Fruit & Vegetables and Chilled warehouses.
Each day at our warehouses presents new, unique, and exciting tasks for our Warehouse Partners. Therefore, we offer a wide variety of Distribution Centre jobs to suit all levels of experience and skillsets.
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant with Waitrose & Partners, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse.
2. Maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
3. Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
4. Participating in training and development opportunities.
Requirements
To be a Warehouse Partner, you will need:
