The Events Coordinator role is a newly createdposition within this leading professional services firm. You will be supporting the marketing manager in the delivery of a range of events from lunches to seminars and networking - your role will be to take on all administrative responsibilities to ensure that events are well attended and successful. The Events Coordinator role involved a lot of contact with stakeholders at all levels as well as the opportunity to suggest other events and networking opportunities for specific teams or occasions.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Events Coordinator:
1. Run event trackers that will cover attendee lists (both guests and internal attendees), suppliers, partnerships and sponsorships.
2. Research and suggest new event ideas to Marketing Manager and the wider business.
3. Keep track of all equipment and make sure that any 3rd party equipment is booked and scheduled correctly.
