An exiting opportunity has become available to join our team in Child Health in our Basingstoke admin offices.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, organised individual with a flexible 'can do' attitude. Previous medial secretarial support experience will be an asset.
Main duties of the job
By joining our team you will contribute to the provision of an effective secretarial service. Your role will include providing secretarial support to the team as well as communicating with external healthcare services. This will include clinic letter support and general correspondence and dealing with telephone enquires.
You must be a team player, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proficient in word processing. We strive for excellence in supporting patients at our Trust and in producing, transferring and maintaining patient information. The ability to use your initiative whilst thinking on your feet will be key.

1. Experience of working in an office environment
2. Good standard of Education including Englise Language at GCSE Level A-C or equivalent

3. Customer care training or similar experience.

5. Voice Recognition system experience.
6. Audio typing at RSA III or equivalent experience.
