We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Senior Sous Chef at our esteemed client's prestigious Hotel.
Main Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant lead within the Kitchen, you will support the Executive Chef in ensuring the smooth operation of all outlets, adhering to the hotel's high standards.
Key Accountabilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest level of culinary excellence.
* Ensure effective kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu concepts and recipes.
