OFFICE MANAGER WANTED!
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The Office Manager will be working closely with other members of the team, and full-time in the office, Monday to Friday. The Office Manager must have previous experience in an office environment, and excellent administration skills.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:
* Type and computerise documents accurately
* Maintain an organised filing system
* Manage office supplies and equipment
* Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
* Handle phone calls and correspondence with clients and suppliers
* Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Proficient in using Google Suite for office tasks
* Assis with scheduling appointments and meetings
Skills Required for the Office Manager:
* Proven experience in a secretarial role
* Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
* Typing accuracy and data entry skills
* Competency in using all Word programs
* Excellent organisational skills
