Our client is seeking a versatile receptionist to run their busy reception area and support with legal secretarial duties.
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration with a polished and professional attitude who create a positive first impression.
Key responsibilities and tasks
* Prepare court bundles
* Transcribe and proofread legal documents
* Accurately file documents with the court ahead of deadlines
* Process third party and vendor invoices
* Arrange travel arrangements for Solicitors
* File, organise, scan, copy and fax legal documents in a timely manner
* Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
* Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception
* Assisting clients and visitors with the location of legal staff
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Ordering and replenishing office supplies
* Managing the maintenance and repair of office equipment
* Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, bundle preparation and travel bookings
* Preparing meeting facilities and arranging refreshments, if required
