Business Development Representative (BDR)
1. Summary of Role
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual eager to launch your career in tech sales? Join a fast-growing SaaS company as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a key role in driving our success.
This role focuses on outbound prospecting (80%) in the financial services sector, generating high-quality leads and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. With clear progression pathways, you'll have the opportunity to transition to an Account Executive role within 18 months.
Based in the London office, this hybrid position requires 2-3 anchor office days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and offers a competitive remuneration package of £38,800 with uncapped earning potential.

3. Requirements
We are looking for individuals who:
* Are recent graduates with internship experience, ideally in financial services or B2B environments.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are proactive, resilient, and eager to learn.
* Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Are comfortable using or willing to learn tools like Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
While experience in financial services or SaaS is a bonus, it’s not essential. We value ambition, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
4. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Research and identify potential clients in the financial services sector.
* Conduct outreach through personalised emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
* Book 20-25 qualified meetings per quarter for Account Executives.
Collaboration
* Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handovers.
* Provide insights into market trends and prospect needs.
* Document outreach strategies and share best practices with the team.
Onboarding & Development
* Participate in a four-month onboarding programme to build product knowledge and sales skills.
* Engage in regular feedback sessions and training to continuously improve.
