We have an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop and forge a career within one of the UK’s largest independent motor retail groups with operations across the North West and Midlands.
We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.
Salary: OTE £30,
Location: Crewe
Working hours: Monday to Friday full-time including weekends on a rota basis

Key responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador role:
9. Build rapport and develop relationships with all customers, understanding their needs and interests.
10. identify and pursue sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales
11. Conduct product demonstrations, test drives and presentations to showcase the performance of our products.
12. Deliver in-depth product knowledge confidently to guide the customer through the operation of their new vehicle.
13. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
14. Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers.
Required skills as a Brand Ambassador:
15. Excellent customer service skills and loves working with people.
16. Record of working within customer services or a customer-facing role in the retail industry (does not have to be the motor industry).
17. Able to use initiative, work independently and take ownership of the role.
18. Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks.
19. Willingness to learn, develop and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
20. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
