Human Resource Administrator (18-Month Fixed-Term)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE (6.15% annual bonus)

Are you an HR professional or a graduate looking to build your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resource Administrator to join a leading organization on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role is ideal for individuals pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, offering the chance to gain valuable, hands-on HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations, including:
* Supporting the employee life cycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and offboarding processes.
* Managing the Tensor clocking system for updates to annual leave, flexi-time, sickness, and holiday requests.
* Generating and analysing data trends related to employee absence and appraisals.
* Contributing to global HR projects, including data entry into systems such as Workday.
* Assisting with payroll preparation by delivering detailed, accurate, and timely payroll notes to the Finance team.
