Due to an exciting time of company growth Zenergi are looking for a Metering & Data Services Contract Analyst to join their growing Operational Team, providing an opportunity to support the Metering & Data Services Contract Specialists. Reporting into the Metering & Data Services Manager, you will be responsible for setting up Meter Operator (MOP), Data Collector (DC) and Meter Asset Manager (MAM) contracts, updating and maintaining data records, scheduling and planning AMR meter installations and dealing with and resolving ad-hoc technical contract and metering issues that may occur with internal teams including Site Works and Procurement.
The role involves ensuring all contractual, data and administrative tasks within the department are completed accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Zenergi customers are onboarded efficiently, metering visits are scheduled, and the Metering & Data Services Contract Specialists are supported with the necessary reporting updates.
Key responsibilities include:
Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, such as Site Works and Procurement
2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless contract implementation and service delivery.
3. Ensuring regular communication liaising with key support and service functions in the Zenergi Group addressing any metering and data services issues.
4. Liaising with IT and data teams resolving any data management issues.
Contract coordination
5. Collaborate with external delivery partners and internal teams to ensure contracts are onboarded.
6. Monitor contract milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all contract-related activities.
7. Support in the creation of MOP, DC and MAM contracts.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records related to contracts and meter installations.
9. Support the setup and administration of contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
10. Ensure seamless contract implementation.
11. Support with contract reviews to identify opportunities for contract expansion or upselling or additional MOP, DC and MAM services.
Customer liaison
12. Schedule and coordinate AMR meter installations with customers and field technicians.
13. Liaise with customers to confirm installation dates and address any administrative inquiries.
14. Resolve customer technical queries with the supporting internal teams.
Process resolution & enhancement
15. Provide administrative support to the Metering Services and Data Services team.
16. Analyse customer data to identify areas of opportunity for metering and data services.
17. Support with conducting regular reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and recommend tailored solutions.
18. Track and report key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Metering & Data Services Contract Specialists on progress and achievements.

Qualifications & experience
29. Previous experience in the energy industry in an analytical administrative role, preferable.
30. Proven track record in data management, reporting.
31. Experience in contract administration and data management is desirable.
