Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative and engaging lessons for Year 1 students in line with the curriculum
Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Track and assess student progress and provide targeted support where needed
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective teaching strategy
Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally with Year 1 students
A passion for early years education and child development
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
