Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Hybrid - Head Office, 56 Duke of Wellington Ave, Royal Arsenal, London SE18 6SS
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Assistant Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. Assist in the day to day maintenance of a block or development.
2. Oversee day to day, contracted and cyclical maintenance.
3. Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all client files are updated.
4. Deal with flat owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form.
5. Deal with on-site staff and related staff issues in the first instance and pass on to HR Department.
6. Issue service charge and ground rent application for payments.
7. Liaise with the credit control department to chase for arrears.
8. Assist in the production of budgets, including reserve funding for the forthcoming year
9. Carry out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order.
10. Circulate information to residents concerning management issues.
11. Ensure Health and Safety actions are carried out in a timely manner after an audit is issued.
12. Log insurance claims and liaise with the insurance department to ensure the claims are completed.
