Roles and Responsibilities In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Microsoft Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A typical day in the job includes: Supporting internal and external issues via a ticketing system, phone, email, and face-to-face site visits. Utilising troubleshooting tools like Command Prompt, TeamViewer, Task Manager, Space Monitor, various encryption tools, and Splashtop. Upgrading and configuring hardware and software both physically and virtually. Participating in security processes such as onboarding and offboarding, data protection, security permissions, password resets, and multi-factor authentication. Using an internal system called Notion to interpret technical documentation. Working on cloud-based networks. Supporting SLAs and escalations on the ticketing system. Hours, Salary and Benefits £12,000 to £14,000 per annum. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Generous 30 days of holiday including bank holidays. Additional day off for your birthday.
