Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit experienced Experienced Support Workers with the knowledge and competence to work with our client in Bracknell, Berkshire with his family. He is a very active man in his 20's with varied interests.
Out Client is a young male adult who is living with a Brain injury and complex care needs. Experience in challenging behaviour is mandatory.
Applicants must have the following
· Experience with Brain Injury
· Experience in managing complex care needs and challenging behaviours
· Minimum of 2 years Care experience
Our client will be supported throughout the day on a 2:1 basis.
Hours -
We are currently recruiting for the following:
Days:
7am-7pm (Mon-Sun)
Some weekends will be required.
Responsibilities
As part of his support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of his rehabilitation program
Applicants Specification
· Experiences working with clients with challenging behaviours.
· Works well as a part of a team in a challenging environment.
· Physically fit, energetic and enthusiastic
· Committed and able to give regular availability each week.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
