* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Work Pattern: Monday - Friday

Duties will include:
1. Supporting with end-to-end administration tasks
2. Managing the administration for new HGV Drivers employee on-boarding
3. Monthly input of payroll data including overtime, changes, sickness, leavers and deductions in line with payroll deadlines
4. Building relationships across all HGV Drivers and NMSB Sites
5. Answering any employee inquiries and visiting sites as required
6. Engaging with customer teams, 3rd party hauliers and also the customers suppliers
7. Supporting the Management team in executing our internal transport solution
8. Pre advising the management team of any potential failures in the Transport Operation
9. Scheduling work using the current Transport Management System
10. Ensuring the system is updated and correct in a timely manner
11. Ensuring that the Company’s activities comply with legislation and regulation concerning Health, Safety and Welfare, Quarry Regulations, Environmental and Quality control; the role will be required to learn, understand and adhere to all policies and procedures.
