We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, dedicated to recruiting the very best staff for the Care Sector.
Position Overview:
1. Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant
2. Sector: Care Industry Recruitment
3. Salary: Base salary up to £30,500 (depending on experience). Expected first-year earnings range between £34,000 to £36,000.

Key Responsibilities:
12. Visiting new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs in the care sector.
13. Conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates to align their job preferences.
14. Building relationships with care home managers and owners to tailor recruitment to their specific needs.
15. Delivering high-quality recruitment services in line with the company's values.
16. Meeting realistic sales targets aligned with your experience.
Working Hours:
17. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1-hour lunch breaks.
