Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: £86 - £100 per day

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a key part of the classroom, supporting the teacher and providing tailored help to students. This role offers variety, from assisting with lessons and classroom management to providing one-on-one support for children with special educational needs (SEN), such as Autism (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Academic & Pastoral Support: Help students with their learning, offering encouragement and guidance.
* Lesson Assistance: Prepare materials, support group work, and monitor student progress.
* SEN Support: Provide tailored support to students with specific needs (e.g. ASD/Autism).
* Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or similar role).
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications are beneficial, but not essential.
* A kind and caring attitude, with a willingness to be hands-on and proactive in your role.
* You must already have a DBS check, or be willing to apply for one.
