The role of Site Office Administrator will include but not be limited to the following tasks associate with the functional duties of site office administration. This position involves a variety of tasks ranging from basic office duties to more complex responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the Projects. Day to Day Duties: Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control and data input. Obtain supplier quotations, complete material requisitions for purchasing. Compile delivery dockets and complete GRNs (Goods received Notes). Maintaining stock levels and purchasing of Equipment / Stationery for office. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Completing Weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes and agencies time-keeping records. Administering the site Plant and Tool Register. Assisting HR Department for on-boarding personnel to site. Assisting HR Department with Training Management System. Participating in HSEQ Audits for ISO Purposes. Managing travel plans, appointments and agendas of senior site management. Assist managers and executives with administrative tasks. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Identify and resolve routine administrative problems. Assisting colleagues whenever possible. Ad-hoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive site office. Requirements: Demonstrate a proactive approach and positive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, flexibility, and drive to finish key activities through to completion. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential. Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers. Must be eligible to work in UK.
