Due to our ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Receptionist/Business Administrator to join our team on a permanent contract.
The Receptionist/Business Administrator will be responsible for the following:
* Day to day office upkeep including liaising with the Landlord/Building manager for any repairs or maintenance requirements, and coordinating repairs to office equipment across multiple sites.
* Answering and redirecting calls received to the central phone.
* Involvement with requisitions for support activities in the business ERP.
* Maintaining and managing office and IT assets/stock supplies across multiple sites, including placing requisitions and maintaining inventory levels.
* Managing routine office communications, including courier and receiving mail on behalf of the organisation.
* Managing the reception area, welcoming and looking after visitors.
* Organising the company diary (meeting rooms).
* Managing office sundries (milk and fruit deliveries, tea, coffee, etc.).
* Arranging travel and accommodation.
* Being a first aid and fire marshal for multiple sites (training will be provided).
* Providing support to offsite functions.
* Managing the key holders/car registrations registers.
* Collating slides and preparing the All-Hands PowerPoint presentation hosted by Senior Management from each department.
* Conducting monthly utility meter readings.
* Managing refuse and recycling collections from Unit 5 & Unit 6.
* Conducting weekly fire alarm tests for Unit 5 & Unit 6.
* Managing the cleaning contractor and monitoring activities.
* Managing weekly towel collections.
* Descaling kitchen utensils – kettles, coffee machines, and dishwashers.
* Organising flowers on behalf of the company (weddings, get well, new baby, etc.).
* Managing new logins for cloud collaboration systems for all new starters and leavers.
* Managing training completed for Nuclear Safety Culture training for new starts.
