PAM/IAM Senior Analyst
Salary: c. £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full time - 35 hours
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)
The West Brom are looking to recruit a PAM/IAM Senior Analyst on a permanent basis. The individual will support the IT Systems Access Lead in helping manage a team of IT System Access Control Analysts ensuring continual delivery of a high-quality operational service.
Your focus will be for the team to deliver first class IT Support to the business ensuring all staff within the team are meeting defined SLA’s, standards and all processes and policies are followed to provide effective customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. You will support the PAM/IAM Service including incident management, processes and documentation and working with 3rd party support.
2. Managing the end-to-end PAM Process including Privileged user on and off boarding, providing temporary/ persistent privileged access.
3. Monitoring and reviewing PAM Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
4. Maintain and review systems access levels, permissions and privileges.
5. Maintain Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration.
6. Manage User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
7. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure they are managed effectively.
8. Perform System administration tasks such as User set up, amendments and deletions as and when required (Maintain Starters, Transfers, Leavers for IAM and PAM).
9. Ensure Requests are completed within agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLA’s) which may require prioritising requests as appropriate to business needs.
Skills and Experience Required:
10. Proven leadership, delegation and prioritisation skills
11. Experience of PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, Toxic combinations management, CyberArk, privileged access management and monitoring.
12. Knowledge of PAM/IAM Access control domains including the tools, techniques and procedures used.
13. Must have excellent IT Literacy skills.
14. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally with all levels of management and staff; good phone skills.
15. The role requires a good level of understanding on administering all degrees of systems access in the technical environments.
