The role involves the following:-
1. Discussion with tax consultant on issues related to tax VAT and HMRC for return fillings along with team in India
2. Maintaining physical records as per local requirement.
3. Visiting the tax authorities, banks as per requirement.
4. Maintain a tracker for all local finance compliances along with due dates and discussing team in India
5. Taking print outs, getting documents sign and courier for concerning stakeholders
6. Visit office, maintaining stationery and office equipment
7. Coordination with banks, HMRC and other relevant authorities and stakeholders
8. Support in travel arrangements
9. Travel locally as per requirement
Person Spec:
• Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably within an Engineering or Utilities business.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills along with working experience from within finance.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
This is a hybrid role that would require working from our clients office 2 to 3 days per week.
