Reporting to the Head of HR and being a guide and mentor to a small HR team, your role will be to support the organisation with a professional and efficient HR service.
Key responsibilities of the HR Manager role include:
Taking a lead on all generalist HR activity within the organisation, escalating issues to the Head of HR where necessary
Liaising with key stakeholders, building and developing effective relationships with regular meetings to discuss the people agenda and workforce planning
Providing managers with timely and pragmatic advice and guidance in relation to complex employee relations issues
Monitor sickness absence and work alongside managers to facilitate return to work discussions, risk assessments etc
Take the lead on HR projects, working alongside key stakeholders
