The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 7/8a equivalent depending on experience, Hospital Pharmacist Manager in Gatwick. The successful Pharmacist Manager will be required to work full-time, 37.5 hours a week. This role is available to start ASAP.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. The provision of an exemplary pharmacy service, in accordance with current legislation, clinical requirements and accepted professional and ethical standards.
2. The provision of advice and support to consultants, other clinicians and patients whilst ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines.
3. To advise on the safe management of medicines to the hospital and it’s departments, whilst staying compliant with current legislation and professional standards.
4. Promoting a patient focused multidisciplinary approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service.
Who we’re looking for:
5. Be GPHC registered – your registration should not have any restrictions or conditions.
6. Have a minimum of 5 years, post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level.
7. Clinical diploma desirable.
8. Senior or Management experience.
9. Communication/organised/role model/showcase excellent patient care etc.
