About the Role
The primary goal is to manage and coordinate student administration systems and processes to enhance the student-academic cycle of activities, and to develop data driven solutions to enhance the delivery of programmes.
To be a member of the professional support staff in the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, responsible for delivering administrative support for the taught programmes, engaging with students, academic Module Organisers, teaching teams and Programme Directors.
About You
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have relevant experience of working in a higher education environment or educational private sector. Experience of dealing effectively with people face-to-face in a university or similar environment with a customer-oriented approach. You will be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who can also balance competing pressures, deadlines, and complex demands. Experiencing of timetable production within Higher Education would be desirable.
About the School
Centre for Commercial Law Studies is one of two departments that make up the School of Law, part of the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences. The other department is the Department of Law (DOL). CCLS has a team of approximately 40 Professional Service staff to support the Centre’s teaching and Research priorities.
