A fast-growing clearing bank in the UK is looking to appoint a Sales Director to continue the growth of the business. The Sales Director will be focused on the Payments and Deposit products, supporting the sales strategy and execution for their payments and banking solutions across the UK market. The Sales Director will focus on driving revenue growth through a variety of their core products, including payment services, and corporate deposit products. The Sales Director will be responsible for: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across payments and banking product lines Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in target corporate and institutional clients Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for enterprise payment solutions Manage and develop high-performing sales managers and representatives Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery Generate detailed forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and client feedback The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate: 10 years of B2B experience within a financial services institution in particular focused on payments and banking solutions Track record of closing enterprise deals worth 1M Must know payment rails (BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SWIFT, etc.) Strong network within UK corporate and institutional sectors Due to the nature of this role candidates with direct experience within this industry are preferred.
