* Managing the HR function and advising managers on best practice.
* Administering recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment stage.
* Maintaining HR database including processing starters and leaders as well as tracking training.
* Running annual objective setting and staff appraisal process alongside line managers.
* Working with legal consultants on contract updates, handbooks and Health and Safety manuals.
* Managing absences and conducting welfare meetings and proceeding to next stage process.
