An IT Support Technician required to join an established and growing business based Poole, offered on a hybrid basis.

* Technical Support: Provide expert analysis, troubleshooting, and system & network monitoring for internal end users.
* Maintenance & Support: Handle day-to-day maintenance and support tasks as required.
* Ownership: Take full ownership of issues until resolution, providing 2nd Line support
What You'll Do:
1. On-Site Support: Provide local desk side support
2. Remote Support: Provide remote support to end users internationally
3. Microsoft Environment: Work with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and up to Windows 11 Operating System.
4. Active Directory & More: Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, and VPN connections.
5. Office 365: Utilize your knowledge of the Office 365 environment.
