Regional Sales Manager
South UK (Central, East & West)
£45,000 + Car & Bonus

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Yorkshire based, family owned manufacturing business to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving success by managing regional sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities
* Cultivate and develop customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Drive sales by promoting our diverse product range and demonstrating its value.
* Negotiate contracts and terms that benefit both the customer and our company.
* Collaborate with internal technical sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
* Deliver exceptional pre and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Analyse market opportunities and provide informed pricing recommendations.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to represent our brand.
* Monitor and report on sales performance using our CRM platform.
Skills & Experience
* Mechanical handling experience or expertise in industries like biomass, aggregates, cement, or timber
* Experience within a industrial environment (advantageous but not essential).
* A proven track record in a field sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
* Self-motivation, consistency, and excellent organisational skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence
