Robert Half have been exclusively engaged to recruit and Interim Financial / Reporting Accountant for a well known US Listed business with a division based in Porchester.
Duties
1. Support the preparation of 2023 Statutory accounts
2. Liaise with auditors and preparation of audit fieldwork and schedules
3. Improve financial reporting process
4. Review and improve internal controls and SOX compliance, support internal audit in Q3 2024.
5. Preparation of balance sheet reconciliation and meet internal balance sheet reconciliation reporting requirements
6. Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
7. Work with external accountant on corporation tax return filing
8. Support the R&D Tax claim process
9. Review intercompany allocations process to ensure accurate and timely booking and provide great visibility of charge
10. Implement journal improvement process
Skill set required
ACA, ACCA, OR CIMA Qualified
2-3 years post qualification experience minimum
Sage Experience- Nice to have
Whats on offer
6 month contract
Daily rate: £250-400
