Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our team in the South Manchester area. This role will involve covering classes in various secondary schools on Thursdays and Fridays. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong classroom management skills, and be able to engage students across different subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various subjects.
* Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
* Provide feedback on student progress and report any issues to the relevant staff.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working in secondary education is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A flexible approach to teaching and willingness to adapt to different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
