Welder/Fitter
Location: Devizes
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: Up to £15 per hour
Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday
Evoke Staffing are working with a well-established manufacturer based between Devizes and Melksham. This is a full-time permanent position joining an experienced team of welders working with aluminium, stainless steel, and other precious metals.
Requirements:
It would be beneficial to have TIG or ARC welding experience, as well as fabricator experience.
Duties:
1. Setting and operating welding equipment, component welding using manual and high-powered/pressured equipment, and raising high-temperature metals while working with a diverse range of sub-assemblies.
2. Ability to work from drawings is advantageous.
3. Complying with all in-house quality system requirements.
4. Occasional external project work.
5. Working closely with production, quality, and senior management across the operation.
