In this pivotal position, you will partner with site leadership to ensure the effective delivery of HR services aligned with best practices. Your expertise will drive cultural transformation, employee development, and organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Upskill line managers on HR processes, balancing hands-on support with strategic oversight.
2. Build influential relationships, delivering robust advice to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
3. Champion employee engagement by leading initiatives that foster meaningful conversations about workplace culture.
4. Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and updated in accordance with new legislation.
Ideal Fit & Culture:
1. Experienced HR generalist with varied remit and demonstrable skills.
2. Solid employment law knowledge and applying updated legislation to a variety of situations.
3. ER cases are not typically high; however, should they arise, it’s important you have the experience and confidence when needed.

5. Ability to have a hands-on approach and be passionate about the work environment.
