Job Summary: The Sales and Project Support plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and project team to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion. This position involves coordinating between different departments, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations. Track sales bids and follow up with potential clients. Ability to work in different time zones. Project Support: Assist project team in planning, executing, and closing projects. Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and information. Assist the project team to enable all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, PPE, site inductions. Administrative Duties: Manage the sales director calendar Support and maintain LinkedIn profile Work closely with the sales, project teams to achieve company goals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and efficient operations. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, project support, or a related field. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
