Admin Assistant required
Forte Recruitment are currently looking for a part time admin assistant for our client in Basingstoke.
An exciting opportunity is available within their Administration department. The applicant needs to be adaptable in their work approach and hold strong skills in MS Office with a high degree of computer literacy. The role covers a wide variety of administration duties including management of materials, processing invoices, accounting work and documentation coordination and control.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To support the management team in a variety of administrative tasks.
* To maintain safe and efficient systems of work.
* Collation and submission of claims relating to product quality upon arrival.
* Supply chain management of packaging and materials.
* Variety of accounts and reconciliation work.
KEY SKILLS:
* Excellent command of the English language.
* Strong Skills on the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Must be able to work effectively using own initiative.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be an advantage.
OTHER INFORMATION:
* Hours of Work: 24 hours per week over 3 days, 8.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Wednesday.
* The role will require some degree of flexibility in working hours in order to meet deadlines and additional days as required to provide holiday cover.
