Responsibilities
1. Oversee ~110+ Administrative Assistants across Asset & Wealth Management EMEA
2. Responsible for the performance management of AWM EMEA Assistants including goal setting, providing ongoing feedback, year-end performance discussions andpensation decisions andmunication
3. Recruit new admin hires including headcount and budget approval, interviews,pensation rmendations and approvals
4. GS Manager Contact for Contingent Worker (CW) Assistants across EMEA: coordinate with CW management to manage CW lifecycle - recruitment, feedback process, contract extension, conversions to perm employment
5. Build relationships and maintain regular dialogue with the Business Unit Leaders and Business Unit COOs
6. Responsible for organizing regular catchups with the Assistant population and first point of call for ad-hoc queries
7. Allocate assistant coverage in coordination with Business Unit COO
8. Manage CW Floater Admin team and coverage requests
9. Implement a training program for new administrative assistant hires
10. Managing employee relations issues where and if applicable

12. Excellent organizational,munication (written and verbal), and managerial skills

16. Bachelor's degree
17. 5-7 years of relevant work experience
