You’ll be charged with liaising with clients, implementing SEO actions and analysing client performance to consistently drive progress forward and deliver exceptional results. This might be through making on page changes on client websites, doing keyword research to identify new opportunities or training clients to guide them on what needs doing. Don’t take this as a box-ticking exercise where you need to fit everything, rather a guide on the things we’d love to have which we can use as a foundation to build on together :) Technical SEO mastery. Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and internally. A strategic thinker. High-level analytical skills (and ability in Google Analytics) with the ability to draw conclusions and implement actions proactively. Excel wizardry. A team player who is prepared to dig in and do the difficult things well. A passion for marketing. Project management and planning skills that ensure things happen when and where needed, with the ability to prioritise appropriately. The drive to achieve results beyond the ordinary. A problem-solver who can think outside the box. Extreme attention to detial. ;) Good time management and the ability to communicate clearly. A self-starter who can get things done in a small team. We really value side projects - if you have any examples of these share them in your application. A desire to learn. This is non-negotiable for us.
