Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking: Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for shipment
Packaging: Packing items into boxes or containers efficiently to ensure safe delivery
Put away: Assisting with the distribution of goods to their correct storage locations
Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels, including involvement in cycle counting and stock takes
Quality Control: Ensuring that the picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping
Equipment Operation: Using equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pump ups, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse
Workplace Safety: Adhering to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Job Requirements:
Experience in a warehouse or order picking role
Forklift truck experience and a valid licence
Experience using either a counterbalance, order picker, or narrow aisle forklift
Capability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
