The company are on the lookout for a talented Head of Finance to join their experienced finance team, a role of pivotal importance and one which will play a key role in the future success of the business.
The focus of this role will be on the operational performance of the finance function, overseeing an experienced Finance Manager and reporting directly to the COO and other business leaders. Key responsibilities to include:
- Work with colleagues across all areas of the business to lead and influence where all aspects of finance are concerned
- Produce comprehensive monthly management information with full commentary on financial performance
- Cashflow and budget setting, and reporting on each area of the business
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts
- Support/ oversee payroll via external payroll supplier
- Actively review and make improvements to existing systems and processes
- Develop, mentor and support a growing team of financial colleagues
Who we are looking for – We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and down-to-earth Head of Finance with a demonstrable history of success. You will be a qualified candidate (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and experience of working in a professional services business is essential. You’ll have a proven track-record of effectively managing a team, with strong communication skills a must.
